How to shop online?

Once you're done shopping, checking out is easy and secure. You may always view the items you have added to your Shopping Bag by clicking the "Shopping Bag" button on the top right of any page. You may also checkout by clicking on the "checkout" hyperlink located on any item detail page. Once you are viewing the contents of your shopping bag, you may adjust quantities in your bag by changing the number to the right of items, and then by clicking "update bag" after all quantity adjustments have been made.

How do I checkout?

Once you are ready to checkout with the items in your shopping bag, click on the “checkout” button in your shopping cart. If you have already registered with us before, simply sign-in using your email address and the password that you created for the account. If you do not have an account, simply follow the simple steps to create an account and continue through the checkout process.

Based on the contracts and relationships we have with our vendors, the merchandise sold on our site is intended for personal use only, and not for resale. We reserve the right to cancel orders that appear to be for resale purposes.

Item availability

All items for sale by The Fresh Life Clothing are custom made. This is why we are able to offer so many designs to match a variety of different sneaker releases. Once we receive your order, we then submit it to our manufacturer so that it can be made just for you. If you see an item that you would like to be made in a different shirt option i.e. We offer it in a crewneck sweatshirt but you would like to have it made in a baseball raglan tee, contact us at thefreshlifeclothing@gmail.com and we should be able to make that request for you.

Which Payment Methods do you accept?

We accept PayPal and the following credit cards: Visa, Master Card, and American Express. To use your credit card instead of paypal, click the "checkout" button on the shopping cart page and you will be directed to the paypal payment page. Click the "Don't have a paypal accout?" link under the paypal login fields and you will then be able to use your Visa, Master Card, and American Express card.

How long will it take to receive my order?

We try to get your order to you as fast as possible. All orders are processed within 24 hours and will then go into production phase. Production can take up to 10 business days. After production the order will ship to you. Your order reaching your mailbox can take as little as 5 business days and up to 15 business days, depending on our manufacturer. If you have not received your order after 15 business days, please feel free to contact us at thefreshlifeclothing@gmail.com so that we can assist you.

Refund/Exchange Policy

Items for sale by The Fresh Life Clothing are custom made for you. Therefore, we cannot offer any refunds or exchanges on items you have ordered. However, if there is a mistake made, and you are shipped the wrong item, simply email us at thefreshlifeclothing@gmail.com for instructions on how to exchange the item.
